Promotion codes and campaign offers

Promotion codes are tenant-level campaign offers. Authorized tenant owners and admins can review eligible promotion-code inventory and redeem valid codes after signup where the portal exposes those controls.

Eligibility​

Each campaign has its own public or customer-visible terms. The production Reddit subscriber campaign is active for eligible Reddit subscribers and adds 10 included agents when a valid campaign code is redeemed.

Eligibility depends on the campaign terms and the redemption result shown by TvRMM. A public mention of a campaign does not by itself add the benefit to a tenant; the code has to be redeemed successfully for that tenant.

Roles​

  • Tenant owner: can manage billing-sensitive tenant settings and campaign redemption where the portal exposes the workflow.
  • Tenant admin: can redeem eligible promotion codes where the portal exposes the workflow.
  • Operator and viewer: can use normal role-scoped product workflows, but promotion redemption is not a standard operator or viewer action.

The operating-as selector can reduce a user's effective role. If promotion controls are not visible, confirm the assigned role, the operating-as role, and the selected tenant before contacting support.

Redemption​

Promotion redemption happens after signup. Use the portal's current promotion-code inventory or redemption control, confirm the tenant, and redeem only campaign codes that apply to that tenant.

The expected result is a customer-visible record showing the promotion outcome. Billing and export records include promotion provenance so the customer can see whether a campaign offer was applied, combined with other offers, skipped, removed, or revoked.

Stacking and fallback behavior​

The Reddit subscriber campaign adds 10 included agents per valid redemption. The benefit is fully stackable: multiple valid redemptions combine with other active included-agent benefits.

TvRMM combines active promotion benefits deterministically. When no valid active promotion applies, billing falls back to the standard hosted billing rules: active real agents are billed at the published hosted rate, subject to account credit, daily snapshots, stale-agent exclusion, protected pricing, and any other active customer-visible billing records.

Expiration, removal, and revocation​

The Reddit subscriber campaign has no scheduled expiration for redemption and no scheduled expiration for the redeemed benefit.

Removal or revocation remains available. If a benefit is removed or revoked, customer-facing billing/export records preserve the promotion provenance needed to explain the current account state.

Billing effect​

Included-agent benefits reduce the active-agent count that is billed at the standard hosted per-agent rate. They are not cash payouts and do not change the published hosted price unless a separate customer-visible record says so.

Recovery and support boundaries​

Contact support when a code is missing from inventory, a redemption result is unclear, a tenant role appears wrong, or billing/export records do not match the visible promotion outcome.

Support can review the customer-visible promotion record and billing/export provenance. Support does not guarantee eligibility outside the campaign terms and does not turn a removed or revoked benefit into a guaranteed permanent entitlement.
