Docs for hosted TvRMM customers

Use this help section for SaaS onboarding, endpoint compatibility, agent installation, guest row routing, tenant administration, troubleshooting, release notes, and feature-request guidance.

Help topics

  • Getting started: create or join a tenant, confirm your role, add organizations, and enroll the first endpoint.
  • Endpoint support: understand direct-agent endpoints, homelab hosts, appliance-style systems, and distribution-specific behavior.
  • Agent installation: install supported agents with current portal bootstrap commands.
  • Agent lifecycle and recovery: verify installs and updates, use identity-preserving repair, recreate identity intentionally, and understand relocation and reconnect fallback boundaries.
  • Agent cleanup and removal: diagnose, repair, recreate identity, or remove duplicate, stale, broken, or offboarded agents safely from production endpoints.
  • Guest row routing and direct-agent authority: decide between host-observed guest rows, linked guest context, and direct in-guest agents for each action.
  • Policy Center basics: understand starter policies, policy assignment levels, and No policy inheritance blocking.
  • Remote desktop access: use browser-based remote view/control and interpret helper, relay, policy, role, license, clipboard, and transfer states.
  • Troubleshooting: work through missing check-ins, OS mismatch, inventory-only VM or container rows, patch scans, and role-gated actions.
  • Tenant administration: manage users, roles, organizations, export, restore, and deletion requests.
  • Tenant export and restore: create portable exports, use Data Storage Connections, choose history coverage, review export history, manage recurring schedules, and run owner-only restores.
  • Promotion codes and campaign offers: understand eligibility, redemption, stacking, expiration, billing effect, and support boundaries for campaign offers.
  • Release notes: follow public customer-facing changes.
  • Feature requests: submit useful product feedback.
Support wording matters

TvRMM behavior can vary by operating system, endpoint type, package manager, and appliance policy. When that matters for a customer workflow, the help pages call it out rather than implying every endpoint behaves the same.

Terms, privacy, data processing, acceptable use, billing, support, security disclosure, retention, subprocessors, and cookie policies are available from the legal hub.
