Windows x64 / ARM64
Install the service agent from the Windows bootstrap command shown in the portal. Run it with administrative authority on the target endpoint and confirm the endpoint checks in before running actions.
Agent Installation
Bootstrap commands are enrollment-specific. Generate a fresh command from the portal whenever you install a new endpoint, host, or guest-managed direct agent.

Install the Darwin direct agent package for endpoint audit and command flows where implemented.
Use the matching bootstrap for Generic Linux, named Linux distributions, or FreeBSD amd64. Package manager behavior varies by distribution, repository state, and platform authority.
Use the Proxmox VE bootstrap when installing on a real PVE host. TvRMM can observe QEMU and LXC guests through the host lane and route supported guest actions through the host.
Use the Unraid bootstrap on Unraid hosts. The installer accounts for USB-boot persistence and runtime copy behavior. Unraid OS, plugin, Docker image, and VM lifecycle authority remains appliance-native where applicable.
Installing a direct agent inside a VM, container, or desktop guest is separate from host-observed inventory. Link the real agent to the host-observed guest stub only when they represent the same workload.
If the endpoint does not appear, start with enrollment, network, certificate, and org-scope checks.
Review supported OS and appliance lanes before installing on less common distributions, NAS platforms, or firewall appliances.
